Face:	27 ozs./sys Cut Pile Carpet

Our most aggressive nylon on rubber mat. You can actually hear the ColorStar Crunch cleaning action as you walk across it.

• Traditional, static-dissipative, solution-dyed nylon fibers with our extremely abrasive nylon mono-filament fibers make a crunching noise while stripping your soles of soil.

• Independent testing revealed ColorStar Crunch removes 34% more sand than other cut pile carpet mats.

• ColorStar Crunch is easily cleaned by vacuuming or upright carpet extraction.

• Multi-blended colors will not fade out in sunlight. Its color fastness means you can even use bleach on hard to remove stains without damaging the mat!

Features and Benefits

1. Extra coarse solution dyed nylon fibers in combination with traditional solution dyed fibers create excellent scraping action for maximum soil-stopping power.

2. Solution dyed yarn is easy to clean. Just rinse with soap and water. You may even use bleach on heavy soiled areas to help remove stains.

3. Intricate tweed-color patterns help hide soil.

4. High-twist and heat-set static dissipative nylon yarn make ColorStarCrunch safe to use around sensitive electronic equipment.

5. ColorStarCrunch mats are UV Stable and will not fade out in sunlight.

6. Also available with oil and grease resistant 100% nitrile rubber backing when applications call for additional protection.

7. Available in Flat and Gripper backing types.

Please Note: Mat sizes are approximate and can shrink a bit during the heat processing of the mat. For smaller mats, 1" of shrinkage is not uncommon. Larger mats may shrink up to 3". Please allow for this tolerance before ordering.

Back Options


Smooth Back Suitable on hard surface for normal placements, extremely heavy pedestrian traffic, continuous cart or buggy traffic.


Cleated Back Cleated backing will keep mats in place on many types of commercial carpet, especially ones with 100% loop or cut/loop pile construction.
